Home Stretch Check-In
The full project should exist in rough form. Now we identify what needs polish, simplification, or finishing before final week.
📣
Status: Final Project Management Check
This is the last major accountability checkpoint before final polish. The goal is to catch the gaps while you can still make smart production decisions.
Lane 1: Brand Motion System
- Does the main spot communicate the brand clearly?
- Are the logo, typography, color, and motion rules consistent?
- Do the supporting assets expand the system instead of feeling random?
Lane 2: Story / Explainer Film
- Is the explanation clear from start to finish?
- Are any sections overloaded with too much information?
- Does the final takeaway land clearly?
Lane 3: Culture / Entertainment Package
- Does the piece feel exciting enough for its subject?
- Are the strongest moments placed where the audience will remember them?
- Do the supporting assets feel campaign-ready?
What to Submit
- Full rough cut or near-final render.
- Current supporting assets.
- Current process/case study document.
- Collected project folder or organized working folder.
What We Are Checking
- Does the project communicate clearly?
- Does the visual system feel consistent?
- Is the animation strong enough for portfolio use?
- What must be cut, simplified, or polished?
⚠️
No Heroic Last-Minute Rebuilds
If something is not working by now, the professional move may be to simplify it. A finished, focused project beats an overbuilt project that collapses in the final week.
